In the framework of "WISLA Film Festival" the Landmark will host the screening of "The Equitable"
1942. The Nazis launch the decisive phase of the Jew's extermination. From the ghettos, people are transported to the death camps. A young polish family takes in an abandoned Jewish girl - Hania. It doesn't go unnoticed with the local blackmailers, who demand ransom for their silence. Anastazja and Jan decide that the girl must be hidden. This way, Hania meets Pajtek, a local freak, extremely responsive to the beauty of nature and the fate of animals.
